PRCA Annual General Meeting 2026

The Park Royal Community Association is hosting our Annual General Meeting at the Clarkson Community Centre on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 8:30 p.m. The later start time of the Annual General Meeting is based on the availability of the multi-purpose room beside the library.

The annual general meeting is our most important event of the year as we select our board of directors for the next year. The Park Royal Community Association has had some wonderful directors over the past couple years, many who have had to move on due to other family commitments or because of moving outside the Park Royal community.

The Park Royal Community Association is fuelled by our volunteers and our board of directors. The events and issues the organization pursues is decided on by our directors. Our ambitions are pursued as much as we have capacity.

This past June we had a very successful and very well-attended fireside chat with Mississauga-Lakeshore Member of Provincial Parliament Rudy Cuzzetto.

The Park Royal Community Association is in need of new directors for our board. We ask that as a member you consider joining the board to make 2027 our most successful year yet. There is a lot happening in Park Royal and with a new Ward 2 councillor days away from being elected, we will have some important work ensuring they understand the priorities of our Park Royal community.

Experience or knowledge is not necessary; just a desire to serve your community. The Park Royal Community Association functions best when the board is made up of members of all ages. If you ever wanted to get more involved, now is your chance!

We often try to have a guest speaker at our annual general meeting. We will try our best to have our new Ward 2 councillor attend, so Park Royal can get to know them better.
