On March 24, 2015 there was a presentation by Brent Patterson of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry at the Clarkson Community Centre regarding coyotes in Mississauga and Park Royal. According to the manager of Animal Services of the City of Mississauga there have been a total of 152 reports of coyotes from January to July of 2015. Of these 152 reports 87 of them came from Ward 2. Reports within Park Royal have been general sightings around the hydro corridor near Bromsgrove Road and surrounding areas.
